Service Quality Policy
At YouTrips (a service by YCCOU Trips Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to providing high-quality travel services. If a service does not meet the agreed standard or is not fully completed due to our fault, we ensure fair resolution as outlined below.
1. Scope of This Policy
- This policy applies to services booked directly through YouTrips, including tours, hotels, transportation, and activities.
- It does not apply to delays or service issues caused by third-party providers, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events.
2. When You Are Eligible for Compensation or Refund
- Service Not Provided: If a confirmed service (hotel stay, transport, tour activity) is not provided due to our operational fault.
- Service Below Agreed Standard: If the service provided is significantly different from what was promised (e.g., lower-category hotel booked than agreed).
- Partial Completion: If an activity or tour is only partially completed due to our organizational fault.
3. Resolution & Compensation
- Alternative Service: Wherever possible, we will provide an immediate alternative of similar or higher value at no extra cost.
- Full or Partial Refund: If an alternative cannot be arranged, we will issue a full or proportionate refund based on the unused portion of the service.
- Future Service Credit: In some cases, we may offer travel credits for future bookings as an alternative to refunds, if acceptable to the customer.
4. No Compensation in the Following Cases
- Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
- Issues caused by third-party providers where we are only acting as a booking intermediary.
- Customer no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to provide correct travel documents.
5. Claim Process
- All claims must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
- Please provide booking details, receipts, and clear evidence of the issue (photos or written confirmation from the service provider).
- Claims will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
