Cancellation & Refund Policy
At YouTrips (a service by YCCOU Trips Pvt. Ltd.), we believe in transparent booking terms. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.
1. Advance Payment Policy
- Most of our services require no advance payment or only 25% of the total package cost to confirm the booking.
- Customers may also choose to pay the full amount in advance if they wish.
2. Tourist Spot Gate Entry Bookings
- 100% Advance Payment Required: Gate entry tickets for tourist spots must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Confirmed Bookings No Cancellation / No Refund: Once the entry tickets are confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
- Pending/Unconfirmed Bookings Full Refund: If the entry ticket booking remains pending or unconfirmed, or if related services are unconfirmed, YouTrips will cancel the booking and issue a 100% refund without any deduction.
3. Cancellation by Customer
- Most confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as hotels, transport providers, and other partners have strict non-refundable terms.
- In special cases where suppliers allow cancellations, refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
4. Cancellation by YouTrips
- Group Tours Minimum Participation:
- Group tours require a minimum number of participants.
- If the required minimum is not met, the tour will be automatically canceled by YouTrips.
- Full Refund Guarantee:
- If we cancel a group tour due to low participation or operational reasons, we will refund 100% of the amount paid (advance or full) without any deduction.
5. Refund Process & Timelines
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
- For UPI/bank transfer payments, processing time may depend on the respective bank.
